1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of maiodesign.it. By browsing the site, you agree to them. They cover the website only — any work we do together is governed by a separate agreement.

2. Using the site

Use the site for what it's for: looking at our work and getting in touch. Don't try to break it, misuse it, overload it, or use it for anything unlawful. By using it, you confirm you're at least 18 or otherwise have the legal capacity to do so.

3. Our content

Everything on this site — text, images, video, logos, layout, and the work we show — belongs to Valentina De Sanctis and Patrizio Mei, or to the clients who commissioned it, and is protected by copyright. You can look. You can't copy, reuse, distribute, or modify it without asking us first.

4. Anything you send us

If you send us feedback, a testimonial, or details about a project, you give us the right to use it — free of charge and without exclusivity — to run and promote the studio. Any personal data in what you send is handled as described in our [privacy & cookie policy].

5. Links out

We sometimes link to other sites (Vimeo, Instagram, LinkedIn). We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

6. No guarantees

We keep the site accurate and running, but we provide it "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee it's always correct or reachable, and we're not liable for any loss arising from using it — or from it being briefly unavailable — to the extent the law allows.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome, Italy.
